We custom cut gaskets from a wide range of materials in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art warehouse. Since the beginning Power Dyanamics has been manufacuturing custom cut gaskets. To ensure the best quality and reliability we use ATOM flash cutting machinery.

GASKETING MATERIALS

Power Dynamics Houses an Extensive Inventory of Gasketing Material.

Our shelves are stocked with compressed fiber, flexible graphite, metal gaskets, joint sealant, PTFE, rubber, and general application gasketing materials.

THE PROCESS

This truly is the ultimate die-less cutting machine! The added projector allows us to project the cutting pattern directly on the material enabling us to get more dies out of each sheet! The time and material benefit results in lower costs for our customers!

With a cutting area of 3050 x 1550mm (121″ x 61″). Benefit from high speed cutting and punching reduces running costs. This table suits a wide range of industrial fields; from gaskets (in their various materials, tang graphite included) to rubber.

The sophistication of the ATOM Flashcut dieless knife cutting table, allows us to work from C.A.D. and DXF drawings.  The cutting table provides a larger cutting area of 3050 x 1550 mm (121 x 61).  Its high speed cutting, and punching functions that allow us to extend and expedite our services.  The robust structure delivers reliability and precision even when cutting the most difficult materials.

Used for a wide variety of die-cutting applications including; cutting soft to semi-rigid materials such as gaskets, leather, cork, rubber, elastic, foam, and other like materials.
